Infrastructure Improvements:
Installed new electrical panels for the clubhouse and pool to enhance safety and functionality.
Enhanced Services:
Contracted a new pool company to provide improved service.
Partnered with a new landscaping company to enhance the overall appearance of our community's landscaping. Their dedicated efforts focused on revitalizing the entrance, significantly boosting our community's curb appeal.
Modern Communication:
Launched a new website with a more modern, user-friendly design to streamline communication and provide easier access to community resources.
Recognizing Long-Time Volunteers:
This year, we bid farewell to two long-time board members, Kevin Lawrence and Mickey Hollander, who dedicated countless hours to Tamarind Village. We thank them for their years of service.

Community Repairs:
Completed various maintenance projects, including irrigation pump repairs and golf cart repairs, ensuring smooth operation and improved functionality for all.

Looking ahead to 2025, we are excited to continue our efforts to enhance every aspect of Tamarind Village and to ensure that your association dues are used effectively and responsibly. As part of this commitment, our first order of business in the new year will be selecting a painting company to manage the painting of all homes in the community—a significant project we know will elevate the overall appearance of our village.
