Dear Tamarind Village Residents,
We’d like to take a moment to remind everyone of an important community rule: Parking on the grass, including the grassy areas known as "swales", is strictly prohibited.
This policy is in place to maintain the beauty of our community and to protect the irrigation system that keeps our green spaces healthy. The weight of vehicles can damage irrigation pipes and spray heads, leading to costly repairs. Please note that any damage caused by parking on these areas will be the responsibility of the homeowner.
What You Can Do:
Inform Your Guests: As residents, it’s your responsibility to ensure that your visitors are aware of and follow this rule.
Use Designated Parking: Encourage guests to use driveways or other approved parking areas within the community.
By adhering to this rule, we can all help preserve the aesthetic appeal and functionality of our shared spaces. Thank you for your cooperation and for helping to keep Tamarind Village a beautiful place to live!
If you have any questions or need further clarification, please feel free to reach out to the community management team.
Warm regards,
Tamarind Village HOA
